Q: How much does domestic shipping cost?
US shipping in the continental states depends on the amount of your purchase.
$0.01 - $19.99 ships for $6.75
$20.00 - $99.99 ships for $10.00
$100.00 or more ships for FREE
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, but we do not offer international shipping at this time. When teleportation is invented we will be more than happy to send them through the teleportation device.
Q: If an item in my order is on backorder, will I be charged again for shipping?
We keep all of the shipping simple. You pay the total amount of the postage/handling when the first portion of your order is shipped. All backorders will be sent when they are available with no additional postage and handling. It is not your fault that demand for an item is so high, so why would we make you pay for it?
Q: When will my order ship?
We normally are able to ship orders within 3 or 4 business days. Of course, we are human and it can take longer during the days aliens invade the store, massive earthquakes swallow up all the fabric, or when three feet of snow decides to come in one night. Business Days are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm Central Standard Time, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays when we all are catching up on our sewing projects.
Q: Why does it take 5-7 days for Standard Ground Shipping?
All orders ship via United States Postal Service or UPS, which can vary 1-7 days from the day after we package your order. After we package the order with packing tape and love, we send it out the door and, it is up to the amazing postal carriers to deliver your package. Orders for items which are backordered or out of stock may take longer to ship depending on availability. We will notify you as soon as possible about items that may be backordered.
Q: Sales Tax
According to the Illinois Sales & Use Tax Laws, we collect sales tax of 8.25% for sales to Illinois Residents only. Everyone else who does not reside in Illinois gets lucky and it is tax free.
Q: Can I buy multiple QTS daily deals?
No, sorry!! Only one QTS daily deal sale is allowed per customer each day. If you purchase additional quantities of the daily deal they will be regular price.
Q: What is the minimum fabric cut?
1 yard per fabric. What would you do with less than a yard anyway?
Q: How do I know what the fabric is made out of?
All fabrics are 100% cotton unless otherwise noted in big, bold, attention grabbing letters.
Q: How wide are your fabrics?
Cotton prints are 44" wide, unless otherwise noted. All wide quilt backings are 108” unless otherwise noted. We normally use big, bold, attention grabbing letters to tell you of such important things.
Q: How often is your site updated?
Thanks to our wonderful tech people our site is updated daily with new inventory added constantly so check back often if you don’t see what you need. These people run on caffeine and computers, so they are up day and night updating our website and answering questions. Feel free to send questions, comments, problems, etc. to email@example.com
Q: Do you have sales and promotions?
Of course we do! What store doesn’t have sales?!? We send out monthly web newsletters. In addition, other sales, promotions, tutorials, etc. are sent via email weekly. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to get the latest sale updates. Please bookmark our website. Also, check out our Daily Deal to see a new sale each day for all of those sale addicts who need to get their daily sale fix.
Q: Do you send out swatches?
Unfortunately we are unable to do this at this time. We say again, when teleportation has been invented we will love being able to do this, until then we must try to satisfy with pictures.
Q: What is the return policy?
Our products may be returned for a store credit within 14 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in "like-new" condition. If you cannot figure out if the product works or is the right color in 14 days, you get to add to your stash or you have a new paper weight. Shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer. Any returned items must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.
Items sold as a part of a QTS daily deal are "final sale" and are not eligible for return or refund. Since they are offered at a deep discount, we will not refund these items. Look at it this way, you either have more fabric to add to your stash or, you just got a thoughtful gift for someone else at a great price.
